CSC108H Request for Remark ==================================== READ THIS FIRST: We ask that remark requests are made as soon as possible after the work has been returned and you have noticed a problem. University policy allows you to submit a remark request up to 1 month after the work has been returned. To request a midterm remark, fill out the form and print it out. Attach this to the front page of your midterm and submit it to the instructor in class or in office hours. In the "Reason for remark" section you must be specific and clearly demonstrate that the marking scheme was not followed correctly for your midterm.
